Thank you so much for your kind approach to mindful movement. This is the first time I felt my physical limitations, due to injuries and inherent, were not actual limitations.
I am so completely amazed from last night's Yoga Nidra meditation. I went to bed around 11pm, set my alarm for 8:15am, and woke up at 11:30am! I slept through my alarm and missed 3 medical appointments (thankfully they all rescheduled for later today)!
Julie Seibt's work offers more than a yoga session. She combines the understanding of positions and body structure to teach finite elements of movement in a slow, conscious manner that can forever change how one moves through exercise of any sort. Her gentle approach belies the actual exertion that is taking place.
