 What it is about

iRest® is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life.

Efficacy of yoga nidra in self-understanding, healing and ease-of-being  increases with consistent practice, gentle leadership that invites personal inquiry, and a safe, caring community.

This is why, after more than 10 years,  Julie continues to offer drop-in yoga nidra on a weekly basis.

The weekly sessions are a unique opportunity to practice in real time with a certified iRest® teacher, mentor, and supervisor.
