Join Julie Seibt and Carolyn Mondress, for a live hosted, online weekend of self-discovery; Re-discovering safety of the present moment
With the ease of online video conferencing (Zoom) Carolyn Mondress, from Hawaii, joins Julie Seibt from Canmore, Canada to create a safe and intimate space for a journey of self-inquiry.
Intimacy, connectivity and presence of community is not limited to physical presence. Carolyn and Julie skillfully nurturing a supportive connection which will hold your personal inquiry and ever revealing discovery of 'who you are' and 'what is this?"
Participate in silence, or engage in partner work and sharing in' breakout rooms'. Your quesitons are welcome directly to the teachers or via a "chat" feature. You do not need previous experience with online conferencing to use these features, we are here to make sure it is seamless for you.
Carolyn has over 40 years experience faciliting holotropic breathwork and re-birthing practices. She has refined traditional styles of breathwork with a loving and gentle approach that invites you to experience profound relaxation and the release of restrictions that keep you from claiming your inherent vitality and aliveness.
This is a journey of ever-expanding awareness.
The breathwork is a non-intrusive, powerful, natural form of inquiry with signifant benefits for physical, emotional and spirtual well-being. iRest® yoga nidra, morning chanting and gentle movement, led by Julie, will help us open to further insight and ground the benefits of the practices into daily life.

Schedule: (subject to change) All times in Mountain Daylight TIme (GMT +7). 15 min breaks scheduled each hour.

Saturday, November 7 8:30 am – 9:30 am, 10:30 am – 1:00 pm, 2:30 - 6pm
Sunday, November 8 8:30 am – 9:30 am, 10:30 am – 1:00 pm, 2:30 -6pm
Included:
-Approx. 15 hours of live instruction. You will not be required to view your screen for a majority of the time
-optional breakout rooms for partner practice, small group sharing
-Video recordings available until January 30 of all sessions for your continued practice

-Daily chanting to open the breath, collect attention, balance energy and open to Grace
-Breathing practices to open to ever-present well-being

-Gentle, stategic, somatic movements interwoven throughout the retreat

-Retreat booklet you may print out to support your experience during retreat and after
The meeting will be hosted via Zoom. You will need an Internet connection and a desktop, laptop or tablet. Instructions will be sent to you. It's easy, we promise :)
