Krabi, Thailand
Awaken to your innate ease of being with this nature retreat.

Come play and experience embodied, grounded, wholeness of being just as you are!
flow
Awake each morning in your private bungalow, or cozy shared lodge. Linger throughout the tranquil, nature-immersed resort exclusively reserved for our group. Jungle sounds emerging from soaring limestone cliffs, enliven you. Breathe. This moment is just for you.
Stroll to the stunning thatched roof yoga sala nestled against the karst mountain formations and overlooking gardens, a swimming pool, and the vast 'greenscape' beyond the resort. Morning pranayama (breathing awareness), gentle yoga, and meditation open the body and senses to the exquisite untouched embrace of nature.
Included in your retreat are cultural and nature-based experiences such as observing and walking safely among elephants as they roam in their natural environment. This 'no-touch' experience not only will lift your heart and simmer in your memory but will support the protection of these beautiful beings. Whether dining out, paddling among clear water lagoons, walking the beach at iconic Railay Bay, or silently hiking to a mountaintop temple, each experience will take place before the bulk of the tourists arrive, with special access for our group.
Ease into practices and teachings in the yoga sala, to the background cacophony of nature as it points you home to your heart. Julie will lead most of the sessions, with sound healing and other delightful practices led by local teachers. Take in as much or as little as you'd like; this is your retreat; enjoy it in your unique way.

Afternoon sessions will take you deep into the somatic experience, the felt sense of your body, to release patterns of holding that are no longer serving you well physically or emotionally. Experience a sense of 'standing tall' with ease and grace, inside and out.

Evening dinners followed by a wisdom talk, body sensing, iRest Yoga Nidra, or stargazing will leave you blissfully relaxed and nourished on all levels.
Teachings:
Once you have stepped through the doors of heightened and sensitized perception, the practices point you toward recognition of your Truth and Fullness of whom you are as both embodied and Infinite Awareness.
Daily practices help to stabilize the recognition and to ABIDE as ONE integrated whole. One mind, One heart, One Love.
Julie and her team engage the teachings of nondual yoga through practices that include meditative yoga movement, Somatic Essential Therapy, sound healing, restorative yoga, Pranayama, iRest Yoga Nidra, and quiet periods for contemplation or meditation.

Thai massage therapists will be available at reasonable prices every day to support your body and heart.

This nourishing environment will be enhanced by quiet time from the closing of the evening program at 8:30 p.m. to the closing of the morning program at 7:00 a.m. Participants who wish to have more time in quietude will be supported.
The retreat will be free from alcohol or other intoxicants. Wifi and Internet are available, as is a safe storage place for your devices if you wish to unplug. We encourage you to take a break from scrolling and open to soaring in freedom of spirit, open to the rare opportunity to be held in nature, community, and compassionate leadership.
Environment

Geologically rich, the area of Krabi is punctuated by mogotes - towering karst formations - sentinels for clear water lagoons, mangroves, and hidden beaches. The retreat venue is located inland, 12 km from the sea. Nestled by cliffs on one side, refreshing breezes tousle the air, keeping insects down and comfort up.. Air conditioning units are in each room.

The retreat venue, newly and thoughtfully constructed in 2025, is a peaceful sanctuary at the doorway to adventures in nature and cultural exploration. Conviences of connectivity, cappuccino, match lattés, smoothie bowls, and of course, delightful Thai food enhance your stay. For our exclusive enjoyment are the;
-
The Sun Spa steam room and sauna
-
Water oasis; pool, ice bath, and jacuzzi
-
Hiking trail

From this convenient location, we will enjoy the vibrant cultural experiences of the Krabi Nightmarket and off-the-beaten-track dining. Experiencing Thailand with Julie ensures authenticity, uniqueness, and soft adventure in welcoming Thai culture.

Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you! I came into the retreat not knowing what I wanted, and leave with a sense of clarity and understanding deeper then anticipated. I have acquired tools to help me live a fuller, more grounded life, and am so grateful. Lauren.
